Let me ask you when was the last time you had a full uninterrupted sleep at night? I’m talking about sleeping for at least 7 hours or more without waking up in the middle of your sleep?

If you are experiencing postpartum depression for more than 3 months, and not to mention that your baby keeps you up all night long; with all the constant feedings, crying, and diaper changing, then you have a major problem.

That’s only from the baby’s perspective. It gets worse since you have your own problems. Your restless mind keeps you up at night, and you keep on thinking and worrying about little things that you know you shouldn’t be worrying about. When you do get some sleep, you wake up tired with no energy to do anything all day.  The good news is that I’m going to share with you a simple system that can get you the long awaited rest that you need. It already has worked for 325 people , because it is so easy to follow.

In 2006, I was in your situation. I was diagnosed with postpartum depression, and I was only getting two hours of sleep. I would usually get to sleep at one in the morning, wake up to take care of my baby, then sleep for another hour at five in the morning before starting my day. This lasted for over eight months. Can you imagine that?

Fortunately, I found a system that works with the help of my husband and a few sleep psychologists. By taking human behavior psychology, along with natural techniques that can help you sleep, I’m now ready to share the same information with you right now. What I’ve done is I’ve cut down on all the non essentials and abstract concepts that typical sleep books have. I’ve presented a clear step by step manual for you to follow in everyday language.

It is a fact that a simple way to help cure Postpartum Depression is to normalize your hormones. One of the best ways to accomplish this is by getting a refreshing and energizing sleep every day. The problem is, with a baby to take care of, a family to keep intact you hardly ever have time for yourself.

Here’s what’s inside:

  • Get a minimum of 7 hours of sleep without taking sleeping pills.
  • A proven system on how to condition your baby to sleep throughout the night, so you can rest easily.
  • Learn the proper way of taking power naps to make you more energetic during the day. The wrong way of napping can make things worse. You’ll learn when the right time to take a nap, and how long you should nap.
  • Learn a simple technique to know exactly how much sleep you need to keep you refreshed, and what to do in case you can’t get enough sleep.
  • An easy trick that will allow your newborn to know that night time means sleep time. This technique alone can help normalize your baby’s biological clock to rest when he needs to a lot faster.

The system consists of 7 major steps, along with a few complementary techniques that make it a very powerful all natural sleeping system.  The book itself is a quick read with 16 pages of valuable content.

In mid 2009, When I first shared this method to everyone, I was doing one on one consultations for a package that lasted 12 weeks. During the middle of the session, I would outline the postpartum sleep system to my clients as part of a bigger package.  I initially charged over $877 for my consultation package.

However, I want to take out some of my best techniques from my consultation and give it to you for free. You’ll get the same information that is focused on only the key points that you can use right away.

You virtually can take the information for free. If you don’t like it, you can simply delete it from your computer.
